Due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and subsequent international containment efforts our shipments are experiencing some delays. We would like to let our valued customers know that our teams are doing everything we can to minimize any such delays.
The current situation is as follows:
The pick-up time of French Post is limited to Tuesday through Thursday. Deliveries are made Wednesday through Friday. In some areas, all deliveries are suspended until further notice.Shipments arriving in Australia are subject to a 14-day hold at Australian Border Force.All other shipments can expect delays of at least 2 business days.We thank our customers for their continued support and understanding.

1. Does your company ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

2. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 14-21 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14-28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
