How far do you have to stretch these to get the rated weight resistance on the band?
Can it be used on modern door handle?
Would you be able to use these bands as pull up or dip assists?
Can the exercises be performed without special equipment? Would a hotel room be sufficient to use these in?
Could these be a good alternative to using a cable pull machine with stack weights? I have a home gym but no room for a stack weight system as well.
